RISK Church offers a place of belonging and supernatural growth in Christ. For most RISK family members this connection and growth happens as they get involved (as able) in the many aspects of daily church life: discipleship, life groups and serving (Administration, Building Services, Deacons, JAM, Kingdom Kids & Creche, Media & Publications, Music, Outreach, Sound Desk, Youth, etc). The Vision Leadership Team’s role is to foster this belonging and growth. Their vision is for us to be mature and equipped so that we are:

• doing the works of service needed to build us up into the fullness of Christ as a united family

• actively using the gifts and talents that God has given each of us

• passionately seeking and obeying the Lord (as a family and as individuals) to extend His Kingdom beyond the four walls of RISK. (See our Vision Statement)

The Team meets monthly, specifically to seek the Lord for His plans to equip and mature us.  In between times they work together to blend these plans into the fabric of RISK life, organising, delegating and getting stuck in.  In addition to this oversight role, each team member is also involved in prayer ministry and actively serves in daily RISK life.
