This week Ps Rob continues expounding on Ephesians 4v1-6.
Rob reminds us that the Holy Spirit unifies us. The Holy Spirit enables us to fellowship with other genuine Christ-loving believers anywhere in the world. So, Paul urges us to make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace (v3). When we do this we will enter into the fulness of oneness in Christ (v4-6).

Ephesians 4:1-6 (NKJV)
1 I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, 2 with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, 3 endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 6 one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
In this message Ps Rob unpacks Ephesians 3v20 to 4v2 in which Paul's changes his focus. After encouraging us that God is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, Paul urges us to live a life worthy of our calling to represent Christ.
Ephesians 3:20 - 4:2 (NIV)
20 Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, 21 to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.
Unity and Maturity in the Body of Christ
1 As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. 2 Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.
